Dr. Olusola Akinpelu, LL.B, BL, LL..M , Ph.D (Law) is a lawyer, scholar, and corporate governance expert with over 24 years of international experience in corporate law, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. His career is defined by providing clarity and delivering high-impact strategic solutions in complex legal and commercial environments. Foundations in High-Stakes Due Diligence Dr. Akinpelu's expertise is rooted in his work at leading Nigerian commercial law firms, including Chief Olurotimi Williams LLP and Chris Ogunbanjo LLP. There, he advised on major commercial transactions and was directly involved in due diligence consulting during the privatization of public enterprises led by the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE). His insight has also shaped national legal policy; he authored a landmark legal opinion that affirmed the constitutional power of Nigeria's House of Representatives to investigate oil companies, a significant contribution to constitutional and administrative law.
